Every dollar we collect contributes one percent to The Next Operator, a pool that helps a brand-new operator open their first store. It's our way of underwriting the next wave from day one.

Common questions.
Prices are per store, per month: Starter is $249, Operator is $499, and Command is $649. On top of that there is a one-time integration fee, which we scope with you on a 30-minute call, because it depends on your operation: how many stores, which POS and systems we connect, and how much history we bring in. Your $100 deposit is credited toward it. Enterprise is a scoped engagement, priced together with you.
Yes. If your operation grows between reservation and onboarding, we adjust your tier with no penalty. If you outgrow your tier mid-cycle, we move you up at the prorated difference.
A one-time fee that covers POS connection, historical data ingestion, model tuning for your categories, and the first two weeks of onboarding. Your reservation deposit credits in full against it.
Your $100 deposit is charged immediately and you get a Stripe receipt plus a confirmation email. Birju sends a personal note within a few business days. Your deposit is held as credit toward your integration fee when onboarding kicks off.
Fully refundable, no questions asked and no deadline. Reply to your reservation email and we refund it.
We're a small team building deliberately. Deposits tell us who's serious so we onboard in the right order and don't overcommit our engineering hours.
